M95 & M96 galaxy group in Leo
The M95 Galaxy Group, aka: the Leo I
Group or M96 Group, is a collection of galaxies in the constellation Leo,
roughly 32–38 million light-years from Earth. Its most prominent member,
Messier 95 (M95/NGC 3351) is a 9.7-magnitude barred spiral galaxy known
for a distinct, star-forming ring around its nucleus. M96 is the one at
bottom left. The spiral galaxy M95 is at the bottom right, At the far
upper left is the bright elliptical galaxy NGC 3384 and smaller NGC 3389.
Below and to the right of NGC 3384 is the bright rounded galaxy M105.
Incidentally, there appears to be an asteroid trail at 11o'clock with
respect to M96.

telescope with a monochrome ZWO ASI6200MM-Pro full frame camera in the
LRGB mode. Exposure lengths were: Lum:126min,R:38min,G:43min, and B:38min
with subs about 100-seconds each.
