NGC 3628 "Hamburger Galaxy"
NGC 3628 is part of the "Trio In Leo" along with galaxies M65 and M66.  It is an unbarred edge-on spiral galaxy about 35
million light-years away in the constellation Leo.  It is a relatively bright galaxy of magnitude 9.3, but difficult to photograph from my light polluted Los Angeles backyard.
