M35 and NGC 2158
M35 is an open cluster in Gemini with a diameter of about 30 arc minutes. At the upper left is
the smaller and more yellow appearing star cluster -- NGC 2158.

Photographic Data: An Astrophysics 155 mm f/7 EDF refractor and Nikon F2, 35 mm camera were used for this color image. Two 30-minute exposures were made with non-hypered Kodak
Pro 400 PPF film while centered at RA 6 hrs, 06 min and Declination + 24.3 degrees. A
composite of the two negatives was made, processed and cropped in the computer.
