Corfu, Greece
Corfu is the most northern island of the Ionian Group at the entrance of the Adriatic Sea.
It is the second largest island of the Ionian lying close to Albania.
In this photo Pontikonisi island is seen in the background with the Vlaheraina Monastery in the foreground.
The shuttle boats that ferry people to and from Pontikonisi can be seen moored in the marina near the Monastery.
