Arch of Titus
The Arch of Titus, constructed in c.82 AD by the Roman Emperor Domitian, is a 1st-century triumphal arch located on the Via Sacra, Rome, just to the south-east of the Roman Forum. It was built shortly after the death of Domitian's brother, Titus, to commemorate his victories, including in the Siege of Jerusalem in 70 AD.  The arch is 50 feet high, 44 feet wide, and 15.5 feet deep. The inner archway is 27 x 17 feet and was constructed using pentelic marble
