Test 4: Canon 350D with my Canon 50 mm, f/1.8 Lens
(at Trader Jim's -- Culver City)
 

The photo was taken with a Canon 50 mm f/1.8 lens.  Aperture Priority at f/2.8, 1/250 second, iso 800, available light.
Fine JPG, 2304 X 3456 pixels (large).  Parameter 1: moderate increase in sharpness, contrast and color saturation.
Confirmed auto-focus centered over the eye.
