I did a SEARCH for Surname: Albert, Given name: Samuel, Town: Sambor, Geographical Region: Galicia and found the table above.
I believe that Samuel Eilbert (Albert) & Chane Spacher of Sambor, Galicia were the parents of both Sara (Sadie) Albert (who later married Marcus Stecher in NYC, USA on 23December1900) and Dwore (Dora) Albert (who later married Jack Polk in the USA).
