Lion (Head) Nebula (Sh2-132)
The Lion (Head) Nebula (Sh2-132) is in the constellation of Cepheus. This
is a Hydrogen-alpha-Oxygen III-RGB color (240, 372, 50, 75, & 80min)
composite photo of it taken by James Foster with my Askar 103APO, 4-inch
triplet refractor at f/4 with a ZWO ASI6200MM-Pro monochrome camera for a
total exposure time of 13.6 hours. It was mildly cropped and
post-processed by me in Photoshop Elements. The Lion's head has a yellow
color, body green and curved tail red and is partially surrounded in
red-colored hydrogen clouds.
